No Refunds. Exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt and must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as purchased.
For in-store purchases we offer exchange only, within 7 days.
For online purchases we offer exchange for credit(excluding cost of shipping) within 3 days of receipt of your item. Customer is responsible for shipping for exchanges. Please DO NOT send items back without emailing for approval of the exchange first. Within your 3 day window please email email@example.com with the reason for the exchange request, we will respond within 1 business day to let you know if your exchange is approved.

All ingestible products(dips, teas, herbs, snacks, etc)

Any products that you have opened, read, wore, or in any other way "used" after purchase.
